Problems with Module Monitoring in Hyperconvergence

August 5, 2019 / GuidesFor Team

Hyperconvergence is a wonderful solution. A single box “converged” the capabilities of multiple CPU’s, storage devices, etc. under one network. A decade ago, we used virtualization to turn one computer into many. As computing requirements expand, we did the exact thing the other way around, we used virtualization to turn many computers into one. That’s what Hyperconvergence does. A lot of businesses are benefiting from the solution, and according to Network World, Hyperconvergent Infrastructure (HCI) will be a $7.15 billion industry by 2021. HCI is a great solution, but it’s not perfect; this article talks about the problems when monitoring specific parts of a hyperconvergent system.
